Bio:

Sonya Harbaugh is the Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Baltimore Gas & Electric Company (BGE). She previously was a principal in the distributed energy development group at Constellation Energy, an unregulated sub of Exelon. Immediately prior to coming to BGE, Sonya was Founder and CEO of Steer, an on-demand, electric car subscription service. Among its first achievements was development of a digital electric vehicle adoption platform - very creatively called EZ-EV - that is now live and selling cars.
