Molly is a national leader in design thinking and employee development. She has a deep commitment to those she works with and for. She brings an expertise of design thinking that is missing from our current board member slate. Molly currently works at IDEO as the Senior Organizational Design Lead, having held several positions in her tenure there. She attended University of Chicago where she obtained her BA, and Johns Hopkins University where she obtained her Masters in Teaching.
